Cancellation Policy
To enable us to provide the best Puppy Yoga experiences, all of our tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can’t make your booked class, you can hand your ticket to a friend or family member. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the class detailing any name changes.
Cancelled Classes
In the rare case we don’t have enough attendees to run our class, we reserve the right to cancel a class. Any cancellations will occur no later than 48 hours before the class is scheduled to begin, and you will be able to swap your tickets to another date or get a full refund.
Location
We work with different venues across Sydney, so the location details won't be available at the time of booking. The location for the upcoming class will be announced no later than 72 hours before each class. Every attendee will receive an email with full location details. We will always try to make sure that the location is easily accessible by public transport from Sydney CBD.
Puppy Breeds
To ensure the highest safety for our pups we will not announce the puppies' breed before the class. We will always try to vary the breeds week-on-week. However, this will be based on availability from our trusted breeder’s network and we will only invite puppies who are ready to socialise.
Age Restrictions
We welcome children above the age of 12 as long as they are accompanied by an adult who is able to sign our waiver form.
Puppy Safety
As the puppies are our main priority, we have some rules for the classes. Please do not stand up during the class and please do not pick up the puppies in a forceful or unsafe manner.
Consent for sharing pictures and videos
By purchasing a ticket, you give us the consent to capture and share pictures and videos across our social media channels and website.
Let us know before each class if you feel uncomfortable with that and we will not take pictures directly of you. However, we can never guarantee that you won't be seen in the background.
Gift cards
Delight your loved one with the gift of Puppy Yoga! We offer gift cards that can be used within one year of purchase.
Use of the card can be redeemed at Puppy Yoga.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Please treat this card like cash; if it is lost or stolen, it will not be replaced. The gift card is valid for 12 months.
How do recipients redeem gift cards at checkout?
To redeem the card, the recipient should choose the class they want to book. During payment, select the "Redeem a gift card" option and enter the unique gift card code.
Can gift card holders check their balance?
Currently, recipients cannot check their gift card balance.
What happens if the order total is more than the remaining gift card value?
If the total order amount exceeds the gift card value, customers can pay the remaining balance using another payment method.
What happens if the order total is less than the gift card value?
Any remaining balance after a purchase can be used for booking other classes.
For example, if a customer has an A$154 gift card and spends A$77, they can use the remaining A$77 for booking other classes.
How can I ensure the correct recipient name on my gift card?
To ensure the correct recipient name, please avoid using your own email. If you enter your email as the recipient, our system will automatically assign your name as the recipient's.
What happens if I choose delayed delivery for the gift card?
Please note that if you choose delayed delivery, the gift card will be sent at the same time it was purchased but on the selected date. Keep this in mind when planning your gift.
