Service Description
With 1 in 5 Australians affected by mental health it is more important than ever to continue to raise awareness and increase conversations in this space. Puppy Yoga aims to support your mental health and well-being by connecting you with puppies for a stress-relieving and mind-balancing practice. All the puppies that take part in these wonderful sessions are sourced from ethical, reputable and caring rescue shelters or breeders. The sessions are also an opportunity to find a forever friend and home! As well as the Puppy Yoga class, the afternoon will also feature a guest speaker, a breathwork session and space to connect over refreshments; we will together as a collective find growth and movement. To enable us to provide the best Puppy Yoga experiences, all of our tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can’t make your booked class, you can hand your ticket to a friend or family member. Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the class detailing any name changes.
